This policy lists what you and your team may not do with JustSell. It is part of our Terms of Service (justsell.ai/terms) and applies to every workspace, every user and everything sent from JustSell. HONCO Private Limited wrote it to protect the people your team contacts, the other businesses on JustSell and the channels we all depend on.
01Contact only people who agreed to hear from you
- Import and message only leads and customers who gave you their details or asked to be contacted, or whom the law otherwise lets you contact. Do not upload bought, rented or scraped lists.
- Stop contacting anyone who asks you to, and record it in JustSell so your team stops too.
- Say who you are in every call and message, and never hide or fake the sender.
02Calls and SMS
Calls and SMS to numbers in India must follow the rules of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), including the National Customer Preference Register (Do Not Disturb), the registered headers and templates for SMS, and the permitted calling hours. You are responsible for the numbers you call and the messages you send.
If you record calls, tell the other person at the start of the call that the call is recorded, and keep recordings only as long as you need them.
03WhatsApp and email
Messages sent through WhatsApp must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy: approved templates for business-initiated messages, a clear way to opt out, and no restricted products. Email must not be bulk spam: send to people who expect it and honour every unsubscribe.
04What you may not upload or send
- anything unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or threatening;
- content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
- malware, phishing links or anything meant to deceive or harm;
- personal data you have no right to hold, including other people’s identity documents without their consent.
05Accounts and access
- Each user signs in with their own account: do not share logins or sign-in codes.
- Do not try to reach another workspace’s data, get around plan limits or access controls, or use JustSell to build a competing product.
- Do not probe, scan or load-test JustSell, or test its security, without our written permission. If you find a security problem, tell us privately and we will work with you on it.
06What we do when a rule is broken
We may remove content, pause messaging or calling, or suspend a workspace that breaks this policy or puts people, the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we tell the workspace’s admin first and give a chance to fix it. Serious or repeated breaches can end the agreement, as the Terms of Service say.
07Reporting misuse
If you received calls or messages from a business using JustSell that you did not agree to, or you see any other misuse, write to us at [email protected], or use Help & Support inside the app. Tell us the number or address that contacted you and when, and we will look into it.
