Before you ask.
How is JustSell billed?
Per user, billed yearly. The per-user rate steps down as your team grows, and the quote is capped at the next band. You pay before your workspace is made, online or by bank transfer or UPI, and the link to create it is emailed to you. Need something else? Talk to us.
Do we need to install anything?
No. JustSell runs in any browser at justsell.ai. On a phone, tap Install app and it opens from the home screen like any app, with no app-store download. It needs an internet connection.
Can we bring our existing leads?
Yes. Import up to 50,000 leads from CSV or Excel and set an owner for each row, or paste rows straight from a sheet — columns are detected and duplicates flagged. Products and services bulk-upload from Excel or CSV too.
Is our data safe?
Each company works in its own private workspace. You choose what the AI may read and can mask emails and phone numbers. Sign-ins and changes are written to an audit log, two-step sign-in works with an authenticator app, and GDPR export and erase are built in.
