We do not refund a plan once its year has started. You can cancel at any time, and you keep what you paid for until the end of the year. This policy is HONCO Private Limited's, which operates JustSell.
01No refunds for a plan in use
JustSell plans are priced per user and billed yearly, in advance. Once a plan year has started, its payment is not refunded. There is no refund for part of a year, for time you did not use, for using fewer users than you bought or for moving to a lower plan.
The only refunds are the cases listed below. Nothing else is refunded.
02Cancelling
You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the plan early. You and your team keep access until the end of the year you have already paid for.
To cancel, a workspace admin writes to us at [email protected] from the email address on the account.
03An order not yet used
After you pay for an order we email you a link to create your workspace, and the plan year starts the day the workspace is created. If you paid by bank transfer / UPI and that link has not been used yet, you can cancel the order and get a full refund: a bank transfer / UPI order whose link was never used is refunded in full.
An order placed for bank transfer / UPI and not yet paid can simply be cancelled: there is nothing to refund.
04The three charges we refund
We also refund a charge when it is one of these:
- A duplicate charge: the same payment taken twice.
- A charge taken after a cancellation had already taken effect.
- A charge for an amount different from the one you were shown before you paid.
05How to ask, and when the money arrives
Write to [email protected]. Include the email address on the account or the order, the order number (it starts with JS-ORD-), and the date and the amount of the charge.
A refund goes to the original payment method; for a bank transfer / UPI payment, to the account it came from. We initiate it within 7 working days of confirming it. After that, how long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
06Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.
