JustSell is software you use online. Nothing is shipped: after you pay, HONCO Private Limited delivers it by email, as a link to create your workspace.
01Nothing is shipped
JustSell runs in a web browser and installs on phones from the browser. There are no physical goods, no shipping address is needed and there is no shipping charge.
02After an online payment
As soon as the payment is confirmed, we email the link to create your workspace to the email address on the order. If the payment provider takes a moment to confirm it, the link follows within a few minutes.
03After a bank transfer / UPI payment
The JustSell team emails you the payment details. Once your payment is received and confirmed, we email the link to create your workspace, normally within 1 working day.
04When your plan starts
The link works once. Your plan year starts on the day you use it to create your workspace, not on the day you pay. Your team can sign in as soon as the workspace is created.
05If the link did not arrive
Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, write to [email protected] with the order number (it starts with JS-ORD-) and the email address you gave at checkout, and we will send it again.
