01Two kinds of data, two roles

Account data is the data about you and your team that we need to run your JustSell account: names, email addresses, phone numbers, company name, login and billing details. For this data we decide why and how it is used.

Customer data is everything your business puts into JustSell: your leads, contacts, customers, call logs and recordings, messages, notes, quotations and invoices. For this data your business decides why it is collected and how it is used, and we process it only on your instructions to provide the service. If you are a lead or customer of a business that uses JustSell, please contact that business about your data; we will help them answer you.

02What we collect

• What you give us: details you enter when you sign up, request a callback, fill in the enquiry form on this website, chat with us or contact support.
• What your use of the app creates: the records, files and settings you and your team save, and the activity history the app keeps so you can see who did what.
• What your devices send: IP address, browser and device type, pages and screens used, and error reports when something breaks, so we can keep the service secure and fix faults.
• From the tools you connect: when you connect a lead source, a WhatsApp provider, a telephony provider, an email account or a payment gateway, we receive the data that tool sends to JustSell, as you have set it up.

03How we use it

• To create and run your account, sign you in and keep it secure.
• To provide the features you use: routing leads, placing and logging calls, sending the messages and emails you ask us to send, producing quotations and invoices.
• To bill you and keep the records the law requires.
• To answer your questions and send you service messages, such as sign-in codes, security alerts and changes to these terms.
• To find and fix errors and improve the product. Where we study usage to improve JustSell we use it in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to advertise to anyone.

04AI features

Some features, such as call summaries, suggested replies and AI commands, send the text or audio needed for that task to an AI model provider, which returns the result to JustSell. They run only when you or your admin use or switch on the feature, and only the data that task needs is sent.

05Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed to run JustSell, with:

• Service providers who work for us: cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, messaging and telephony, payment processing, AI model providers and error monitoring. They may use the data only to provide their service to us.
• Tools you choose to connect. Once data reaches a third-party tool you connected, that tool’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
• Authorities, when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or JustSell.
• A buyer or successor, if JustSell’s business is sold or merged, under the same protections.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we use providers bound to protect it, and we follow any transfer restrictions the Government of India notifies.

06Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and your browser’s storage to keep you signed in, remember your settings (such as the theme and language) and protect forms from abuse. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party ad trackers. Blocking these cookies will stop sign-in from working.

07How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active. Customer data stays until you or your admin delete it, or until your account is closed. After an account closes we delete or anonymise its data within a reasonable period, except what we must keep by law (for example, tax and billing records) and copies in backups, which are overwritten over time.

08Security

We protect data with encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions inside each workspace, and audit history of important actions. No system is perfectly secure: keep your password private, use two-step verification where available, and tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

09Your rights

Subject to the law, you may ask to access your personal data, have it corrected, completed or erased, withdraw consent you gave us, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Your workspace admin can export and delete most customer data directly in the app. For anything else, write to us at [email protected], or use Help & Support inside the app. We will reply within the time the law sets. If you are not satisfied with our answer you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

10Children

JustSell is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

11Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant we will also tell account admins by email or in the app before it takes effect.

12Who is responsible, and grievances

JustSell is operated by HONCO Private Limited, registered office F-118, Jan Path, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. HONCO Private Limited is responsible for the account data this policy describes.
