These terms are an agreement between you and HONCO Private Limited ("we", "us"), which operates JustSell, for the use of justsell.ai and the JustSell app. By creating an account or using JustSell you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.
01Who operates JustSell
JustSell is a product of HONCO Private Limited. It is made and operated by HONCO Private Limited, registered office F-118, Jan Path, Shyam Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302019, India. In these terms "we" and "us" mean HONCO Private Limited.
02The service
JustSell is a sales CRM: it helps your team capture and assign leads, call and message them, follow up, and send quotations and invoices. We may add, change or retire features over time; we will not remove a core feature you pay for during a paid term without notice.
03Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate sign-up details.
- You are responsible for everything done under your workspace, for who you invite and for the roles you give them.
- Keep passwords and sign-in codes private and tell us at once about any unauthorised use.
04Your data
You own the data you put into JustSell. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your account is active.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use the personal data you upload, including your leads’ contact details and call recordings, and for giving any notices and getting any consents the law requires.
05Acceptable use
You agree not to use JustSell to:
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, or contact people in breach of TRAI rules, the National Customer Preference Register (Do Not Disturb) or WhatsApp’s and other platforms’ policies;
- record calls without the notice or consent the law requires;
- upload anything unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or harmful, or malware;
- break, probe or overload the service, get around its limits or access controls, or reach other customers’ data;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
06Connected services
JustSell can work with services run by others, such as WhatsApp providers, telephony providers, email accounts, lead sources and payment gateways. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and charges, which you agree with them directly. We are not responsible for those services, their availability or changes they make.
07Plans, fees and taxes
Plans are priced per user and billed yearly, in advance, for the number of users you buy. Prices are shown on justsell.ai/pricing and at checkout, or agreed with the JustSell team. Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added for customers in India, and of any other applicable taxes. Usage charges (for example messaging, calling or AI credits) are billed as shown in the app.
A plan runs for one year from the day the workspace is created and renews for another year until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the year you have paid for. Unpaid fees may lead to suspension after notice.
Payments are refunded only in the cases set out on our Refunds and cancellation page (justsell.ai/refund). How and when you receive access after paying is set out on our Shipping and delivery page (justsell.ai/shipping).
08Our property
JustSell, its software, design and brand belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
09Availability and support
We work to keep JustSell available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades or reasons outside our control. Support is available through Help & Support in the app.
10Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms, JustSell is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will produce any particular sales result. AI-generated output can be wrong; review it before relying on it. Quotations and invoices are generated from the information you enter, and you remain responsible for their accuracy and tax treatment.
11Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising out of these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in that period. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
You will compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your data or your breach of the acceptable-use rules.
12Ending the agreement
You can stop using JustSell and ask us to close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, or for non-payment after notice. After closure you will have a reasonable period to export your data, after which we may delete it as set out in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as fees owed, disclaimers and limitation of liability, continue to apply.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date, and tell account admins in advance of significant changes. Continuing to use JustSell after a change takes effect means you accept it.
14Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute with you informally; failing that, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
