How to remove the data HONCO Private Limited holds because you used Facebook to connect a WhatsApp number, a Facebook Page or Lead Ads forms to JustSell.
01What a Facebook login gives JustSell
JustSell asks you to log in with Facebook only to connect your business: a WhatsApp Business number (so the team can send and receive WhatsApp messages in JustSell) or a Facebook Page (so leads from your Lead Ads forms arrive in JustSell).
- We keep: the access that Facebook grants for that business account (stored encrypted), and the business account, number and Page names and IDs, so JustSell knows where to send and receive.
- We do not keep: your Facebook profile, your friends, your posts or your Facebook user ID.
- The WhatsApp messages and leads that arrive belong to the business that connected them; that business controls them in JustSell (see our Privacy Policy).
02How to remove it
- In JustSell: a workspace admin opens Integrations & Config, then Connected accounts, and removes the WhatsApp number or the Facebook Page. The stored access is deleted at once.
- On Facebook: open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find JustSell and choose Remove. Facebook ends JustSell’s access and sends us your deletion request; you get a confirmation code you can check on this page.
- In the WhatsApp Business app: Settings, then Account, then Business Platform, then Disconnect. JustSell marks the number as disconnected and stops using it.
To delete your whole JustSell account and its data, ask your workspace admin, or contact us as described in the Privacy Policy.
03Checking a request
When Facebook sends us a deletion request we answer with a confirmation code at once. Open this page with that code (Facebook links you here) to see when it was received and what was done.
